Born September 25, 1949 in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Dietz & Ann (Vascik) Dietz.
Darlene is a graduate of Har-Brack class of 1967 and proudly served our country with the Women's Army Corps during the Vietnam War. She worked at the Anchor Inn before retiring after 26 years of Service. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Natrona Heights. She was also a member of Red Hat Society belonging to the Hell's Belles in Red chapter. In her free time Darlene enjoyed playing bingo, doing crosswords, and most importantly spending time with her family.
Darlene is survived by her brothers; Leonard (Mary) Dietz Jr., James (Paula) Dietz, Thomas (Martha) Dietz; her son Jason (Kim) Adkins; daughter Rebecca (Howard) Borland; grandchildren, Tori Adkins and Ethan Borland.
Burial be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
