Elizabeth Anne Williamson, age 74, of Bremen, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022, at her residence. She was born in Bremen, Georgia on February 8, 1948, the daughter of the late Joe Brown and Camille Crouch Brown. Mrs. Williamson was a retired secretary for the Haralson County Probation Office, and a member of Poseyville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles A. Williamson; sons, Caleb and Julie Williamson of Bremen, Blake Morris and Allison Cofield of Muscadine, Alabama; a sister, Kathy Garner of Bremen; a sister-n-law, Jane Chambers; and three grandchildren, Cal Williamson, Knox Williamson, and Clayton Williamson.
Services will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022, at 3:00 pm from Poseyville United Methodist Church with Reverend Duane McManus and Reverend Francisco Artley officiating. Music will be provided by Maxine House and the Poseyville Choir. Chuck Green, John Mitcham, Charles Shadrix, Terry House, Jerry House, and Benny Agan will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Poseyville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday, March 20, 2022, from 1:30 pm until the funeral hour.
