August Lindquist
August Lindquist passed away in Belle River Township Tuesday morning. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 1936 at 2:00 from the Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
The remains will be taken to Sisseton, South Dakota where services will be held at 1:00 from the Zoar Church. Burial will be made in the church cemetery. A complete obituary will be published next week.

August Lindquist passed away at his home in Belle River Township on March 3 at 2:00 am at the age of 73 years and 9 months. He was born at Watertown, Minnesota on June 3, 1862, and was united in marriage to Ingeborg Sundell of Browns County, South Dakota in 1891. To this union five children were born, three of whom survive: Albert of Belle River Township; Elsie (Mrs. Fred McGuffion) of Battle Creek, Michigan; and Edwin of Lloydminister, Saskatchewan, Canada. One daughter, Amanda, was killed in an airplane accident in Montana in 1930 and one passed away in infancy. Ten grandchildren also survive.
In 1915 he was united in marriage to Tilda Geschwind, who preceded him in death. Two sisters survive, Mrs. Albert Eastman of Holmes City, and Mrs. E. E. Eastman.

Funeral services: Friday March 6th at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria, Rev. H. Johnson officiating.
