Gary Everette Jordan is a United States Army veteran, he served in the United States Army from January 1968 until December 1969. Gary was honorably discharged and transferred to the United States Army Reserves until January 1974. Gary served for 1 year, 11 months, and 7 days active duty. Gary served 1 year, 6 months, and 19 days of foreign service in Europe and earned the rank of Specialist 4th class in January 1969. Gary's MOS was 15E10 Pershing Missile Crew Member, and his last duty station was the 41st Field Artillery Brigade. While in the service of his country Gary earned the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter M-14 Ribbon.

Mr. Gary Jordan of Apache Junction Arizona died on March 22, 2021 after a brief illness. He was the husband of Sandra (Schleifer) Jordan.
Gary was born on March 24th, 1948 to the late Donald and Karoline (Stedman) Jordan in Milford, Connecticut. He lived most of his life in Milford and honorably served in the United States Army. He worked for the City of Milford for more than 30 years and after his retirement in 1997, he continued to work many jobs. He was a hard worker who enjoyed riding motorcycles, off roading, camping, and working on his trucks. Gary often volunteered for Veteran's causes and belonged to The American Legion and The Elks Club.
Besides his wife of 50 years, Sandra, he is survived by his children, Karoline Jordan Semanoff and her husband David as well as his son Phillip Jordan and his granddaughter Samantha Semanoff.
He also survived by his sister Phyllis Jordan, And his brothers Dennis, Stephen, Paul and Robert Jordan as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brothers Donald, Charles, Murray, and George as well as his sister Mary Jordan.
There will be a mass to celebrate Gary's life per the wishes of his family at a later date.
