Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Cooper of Vermilion; son, Ralph Tremain, Jr. of Vermilion; 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and brothers, Carl Johannsen of Gainesville, FL, and Jack Johannsen of Vermilion.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Ralph N. Tremain, Sr. in 1988; parents, Carl G. and Myrtle (nee Penrod) Johannsen; a brother George Johannsen; and sisters, Erma, Anne, Jenny and Florence.
There is no visitation. Private family services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio.
