Tom was born on October 25, 1964 in Boston and was a graduate of Foxborough High School, Class of 1983. Tom was an experienced real estate agent as well as a developer. He also was the owner of Kelco Development company. He enjoyed playing golf and following all Boston sports teams. He most enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a loving and devoted son, brother and uncle.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Foxborough.
