Michael C. Stubbs, 73 passed peacefully at 1:09 PM at the Honor House in Danville Illinois on March 12, 2022

Born August 14, 1948, in Peoria, Illinois. Michael was one of six children born to Homer and Donna Stubbs.

Michael was a US Navy Veteran. He attended Great Lakes Naval Academy in Chicago, Illinois and from there went on to serve his country at the US Naval Hospital in Key West, Florida.

Michael loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles and was fortunate to live in many different states in the United States over his lifetime.

Michael is survived by his children Michele (and Steve Pease), Chris Savercool and Timothy Maribona, along with four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are siblings, Nancy and Kenneth Schroer, Sharlene and Collin Cochran, Janet and Chris Borg, Dennis and Bobbi Stubbs and Deborah and Larry Kreeger, along with many aunts,uncles and nieces and nephews.

Michael is predeceased by both of his parents and nephew Christopher.

Michael's wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will take place in Key West, Florida at a later date.
