Phyllis J. (Totten) Easley, 85, formerly of Oxford, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at Winfield Rest Haven surrounded by her family. Phyllis was born February 13, 1937 the daughter of Harold "Ty" and Merta (Fisher) Totten. She was born in Oxford, KS and graduated from Oxford High School in 1955. After graduating high school Phyllis was united in marriage to Harry Jess Easley on November 21, 1955 in Winfield. The couple made their home in Oxford, later moving to Belle Plaine, where they stayed for 30 years, and they lived several years in Burden before finally returning to Oxford. Phyllis was a proud homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family. She loved gardening, sewing, going antiquing and collecting, and she greatly enjoyed cooking for her family.
