Visitation will be on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at 10:00 AM in the Belvieu Cemetery east of Rotan.
James was born September 3, 1943, in Rotan, Texas to the late James William Warren Sr. and Nannie Grace Warren.
He served in the United States Air Force from May 1962 to May 1966.
He married Linda Jean Fogle in Michigan on September 13, 1965. Linda and James were married for fifty-six years.
James is preceded in death by his mother and father; three sisters Meda Sue Worthington, Billie Doty, and Wanda Lee Warren; and one grandson Keifer Warren.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Jean; seven children, Dennis Warren, Kemberly Haber, Kenneth Warren, Terrye Warren, Daniel Warren, Steven Warren, Sherry Lowe; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
