Sally Ann Kemker Simpson, age 80, of Wittensville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2022 at Highlands ARH.
Sally was born March 3, 1942 in Wabash, Indiana, daugther of the late Forrest Kemker and Anna Middleton Kemker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Lindbergh Simpson, two sons, Stanley Davis and baby Jerry Cavins and one sister, Joan Davis.
She is survived by two sons, Jeremy Lynn Simpson, of Wittensville, Kentucky and Jason Michael Simpson (Lynn Smith), of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; one daughter, Sheryl Land (Gary), of Grovetown, Georgia; one sister Dixie Matarazzo, of Jacksonville, Florida; four grandchildren, Hannah Simpson, Tia Wagnor, Sabrina Land, and Tiffany Land; seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Ben Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in the Falls Cemetery, Wabash, Indiana . Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2022 and 11:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
