He was born on September 6, 1984, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of George Franklin Simmons and Elizabeth Ann Arthur Simmons. He was preceded in death by his mother; his special maternal grandfather, Robert Arthur; and his paternal grandparents, Wiley and Addie Mae Simmons.
Scott was a true outdoorsman, he loved fishing, hunting and hiking. One of his favorite pastimes was spent with Frank at motor cross racing, he and Frank spent three weekends out of the month racing and the other weekend working on the bikes. Scott started racing when he was 11 and continued for many years, he and Frank made wonderful memories. Scott was a real lover of animals and he leaves behind his special pal, Roxie. Scott will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Frank and Renee Simmons of Hot Springs; one brother, two step-sisters, one nephew and three nieces; his soulmate, Tiffanie Sewell; and extended family members and many friends.
