She is survived by six children; twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Doris was born June 27, 1927, in Amarillo, Texas. She married D.F. Price, Jr., in 1944, in Polk County. She spent most of her career working for the Department of Human Services, and she retired from the Department of Human Services in Benton, in the mid-1980's. After the passing of her husband, Doris moved from Russellville to Hot Springs, in 2000, and she resided in Hot Springs for the rest of her life.
She was a member of the West Hot Springs Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Her hobbies included working in her flower garden, where she especially enjoyed growing roses. Doris also loved to travel. After her retirement, she took every opportunity to travel, making trips to Colorado, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, Maine, and the Caribbean.
