He proudly served his country, including his service in the Vietnam war, until his retirement the 23 of December 1974. After his retirement from the U.S. Navy, he began his civil service career at Buckley A.N.G. Base, retiring 1 September 1994.
John is survived by his wife, 4 siblings, 2 Daughters, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and one on the way.
He is preceded in death by his son David and 4 of his siblings.
