Christopher "Chris" Kelly, 56, of West Independence, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Toledo Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Chris was born in Findlay, Ohio on June 12, 1965 to Sidney "Sid" and Beverly "Bev" (Thomas) Kelly and they survive in Findlay.
He married Jill Cramer on August 27, 1988 in Findlay, Ohio and she survives in West Independence. Also surviving are his children: Meeghan (Travis Roller) Kelly of West Independence and Sean Kelly of Findlay; brother Pastor Brett (Gayle) Kelly of Mt Blanchard; mother-in-law Jeri Cramer and his close friends Arthur and Cynthia Knight.
Chris was a Prototyper Specialist for Bridgestone APM and loved being outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, kayaking, biking, camping and playing a good round of disc golf. Chris also had a passion for restoring and working on classic cars and trucks. Chris was a member of the Northwest Ohio Plowing Club. Most of all, Chris was a family man and truly cherished the time he spent with them.
Visitation for Chris will be on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840. Chris' Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Will Miller, officiating. Chris' services will be livestreamed on the Hanneman Funeral Home Findlay & McComb Facebook Page. Interment will follow in the Benton Ridge Cemetery.
