Shirley Marie Earlywine Willoughby, age 58, passed Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. She was born May 3, 1963, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to the late Bradley Thomas and Gladys Evelyn Flora Earlywine.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Bradley Gene Earlywine and Jeffrey Thomas Earlywine. Shirley is survived by: her husband, William Earl Willoughby, who she married on September 12, 1987; a daughter, Sarah Christine Willoughby; a son, William Bradley Willoughby; a brother, James Allen (Julie) Earlywine; and a niece, Nicole (William) Pollitt. Shirley leaves behind many good friends and family members and her pets, Blackjack, Sierra, Phoebe, Sage, Leo, Chester and Loretta.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, at Ware Funeral Home, in Cynthiana. Burial will follow at Millersburg Cemetery, in Millersburg, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, at the funeral home. Services will be officiated by Rev. Benny Northcutt and Sam Campbell. Active pallbearers will be Larry Lea, Jonathan Bevins, Matthew Sexton, Eric Willoughby, William Pollitt and Chris Earlywine. Honorary pallbearers are Ricky Woolums, Greg Doyle, Myron Mahoney, Matt Gordon and the staff at Family Care Associates.
