Margarct "Louise" Truebenbach, 67, of Park Rapids, MN died on Monday, August 27, 20077 at the Heritage Center in Park Rapids, MN.
Margaret was born on March 7, 1940 at Gilbert Plains, Manitoba Canada the daughter of Herb and Jeanette (Phillips) Peskett. She graduated from Hollywood High School, North Hollywood, California. She then worked at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Vancouver, Canada She met Charles Truebenbach in Vancouver and they were united in marriage on October 24, 1964 in Mapleton, MN. They moved to Good Thunder, Minnesota She worked at National Commerce Bank of Mankato and the NorWest Bank of Owatonna. After moving to Park Rapids, MN she worked for the State Bank of Park Rapids, MN, she retired in 2005.
She was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church, Stephen Ministry at Calvary Lutheran Church, Otto Hendrickson American Legion Post #212 Auxiliary, Park Rapids Eagles Auxiliary. She volunteered for several local organizations including Hospice and the living at Home Program.
She was always willing to help others. She enjoyed quilting and bowling. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband - Charles H. Truebenbach of Park Rapids, MN; Her two sons, Bruce (Jenny) Truebenbach and granddaughter, Annika all of Duluth, MN and son Craig (Angi) Truebenbach of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania; Her Mother, Jeanette, sister Roberta (Howard) Cole, of Oroville, WA, 4 brothers Phil (Joan) Peskett, David Peskett, Jerry (Darlene) Peskett and Vic (Sandy) Peskett all from British Columbia, Canada; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Herb and infant son Bradley and sister-in law Pat Peskett
