Jim was a long-time and faithful member of McAdenville Baptist Church, an avid golfer and a proud member of the "lunch bunch".
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed deeply by his loving wife of 61 years Ann Clark Jenkins; son Eddie Jenkins (Renea), daughter Lorri Black Accurso (Rick), grandchildren Taylor Jenkins, Madison Black, Lydia Black, Zachary Black, Chad Clemmer, Melissa Padgett, and five great grandchildren. Sister Doris Jones (Dan) and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia, from 6 - 7:30 pm, Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
A funeral service will be held at McAdenville Baptist Church, at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, March 16, 2022 with Rev. Walt Griggs officiating. Interment will be in Gaston Memorial Park.
