Bonnie N. Jacobs, age 88, of Joplin, Missouri passed away peacefully March 8, 2022. Bonnie was born April 16, 1933 in Ridgley, Missouri to A.B. and Rachel Wright (Coile).

She attended Joplin schools Midway High School. She worked at Hidden Acres for 12 years and owned Bonnie's Fashion Barn for nine years and was co-owner of 71 Lighthouse for six years, and was a licensed Missouri real estate agent for 48 years. When she retired, her favorite past time was playing Texas Holdem at the casinos.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, A.B. and Rachel Wright, her daughter, Cathy Baker, two sisters; Nina Deslatte and Jan Nilges, both of Joplin, Missouri, and her brother, Cecil Wright.

She is survived by her daughter; Nina Langston of Carthage, Missouri, her son; Rusty Baker of Joplin, Missouri, two granddaughters; Stephanie Moore, of Joplin, Missouri, and Bonnie Teeter, of Joplin, Missouri, three great-grandchildren; Bree Moore, Casey Moore, and Gavin Teeter, additionally many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial visitation celebrating the life of Bonnie will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 pm Friday, March 18, 2022 at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. Services have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
