Surviving are her husband, M. F. "Si" Dilley of McAllen; a daughter, Mrs. William C. Rowe of McAllen and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Virgil Wilson Mortuary chapel with the Rev. L. L. Nash officiating.
Burial will be in Valley Memorial Gardens under direction of Virgil Wilson Mortuary.
Pallbearers will be Alfred A. Vohs, F. W. Thorbough, D. T. Rowe, Lloyd Cox, Horace Jones and Byron Beatty.
