Mr. Newton was born the son of Samuel Ronald "Ronnie" Newton, Sr. and Rhonda Morris Newton on June 20, 1981, in Georgetown.
He was a 1999 graduate of Andrews High School. He attended Miller-Motte Technical College in Charleston and received his Bachelor's in Business Administration and Associate's in Computer Science from Limestone College in 2013. He was employed as a butcher and a CWP instructor. His smile and contagious laughter brighten the paths of all those whose lives he touched. His greatest honor and pride were being a devoted son, loving husband, cherished father, caring brother, and a loyal friend. He attended the Andrews Church of God.
Galen and Alexandria were married on May 28, 2011, and celebrated 10 years together.
Their home was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Christyanah.
He is also survived by his parents, Ronnie and Rhonda; a brother, Samuel Ronald Newton, Jr. (Annie); a nephew, Christian Alexander Newton; and a large number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be 2PM, Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Andrews Church of God, 310 N Morgan Ave., Andrews.
The Newton family will receive family and friends immediately after the service.
