HUBERT - Billie Bell Howard, 86, of Hubert, went to meet Jesus, her savior on Thursday, March 3, 2022.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday at First Baptist Church in Swansboro, with Rev. Stan Budd and Rev. Sandy Bain officiating. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Howard has reunited with her daddy and mother, William F. Bell and Mary E. Frazier Bell and Herbert and Maggie Bell Riggs, who she was raised by, as well as five brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Rommie Howard of the home; two daughters, Sharon LaPaz and her husband, Wayne of Hubert and Kim Howard and her husband, Barry of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Josh Quinn and his wife, Brooke, Jacob Quinn and his wife, Summer and Kristin Howard; and one great-grandson, Watson Quinn.
The family will receive friends Monday afternoon, prior to the service, from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, at the church.
