Before retiring Charles was the CEO of Professional Services; a medical collector service in Baltimore City. He graduated from Baltimore City College and attended McCoy College at Johns Hopkins University.
He was a proud Army veteran of WWII serving in the 20th Armored Division which liberated Dachau. He was an active member of Deer Park United Methodist Church.
He was predeceased by sister and brother-in-law Muriel and Phillip Weisner
