ROBERT ALLEN (BOB) BAKER, a resident of Berryville, was born June 3, 1942, in San Jose, Calif., a son of Carl Earl and Norma Jean (Eubanks) Baker. He died Friday, Aug. 25, 2006, in Berryville at the age of 64.

Bob retired from EBI/United Pumps as a computer programmer. He enjoyed gardening, boating, and spending time with his grandchildren.

On Aug. 21, 1993, he was united in marriage with Lutricia Baker, who survives him of the home. He is also survived by his children, Rob Baker and his wife, Judy of Alpena, Larissa Humphrey and her husband, Jeff of Omaha, Nancy High and her husband, Josh of Berryville, and Derrick Braswell of Alpena; his father, Carl Baker of Berryville; seven grandchildren, Brandon Baker, Heath Baker, Kelsey Baker, Brock Humphrey, Hunter Humphrey, Elisabeth High and Morgan High; two sisters, Sharon Howell of Fayetteville, and Videne Dotson of Monterey, Calif.; a brother, Johnny Baker of San Jose, Calif.; several other relatives; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Diane (Wilson) Baker; his mother, Norma Eubanks; and a sister, Pat Lee.

Graveside funeral services were to be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006, at the Dog Branch Cemetery with Rev. Curtis Bradley officiating under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Memorial donations may be made to the Bob Baker Memorial Fund, in care of First National Bank, POB 1900, Green Forest, AR 72638.
