Arnold Mitchell passed away June 12, 2013 at his home surrounded by family members at the age of 82. Arnold was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from Sharon High School in Sharon, Massachusetts, in 1950. He joined the Air Force in 1951, and proudly served his country during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Estelle; his sister, Elaine; his children, Ellen, Marty and Howard; son-in-law, Harold; and daughter-in-law, Elaine. He has two grandsons, Corey and Eric.
Arnold had a career in aerospace starting at Douglas Aircraft in El Segundo in 1955 and later working at Ford Aerospace in Newport Beach from 1961 until his retirement in 1988.
Services and interment were private.
