Jerry Lum, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on March 8, 2022. Jerry was born in Oklahoma City on January 21, 1951 to Venus and Lavinia (Vinnie) Lum.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Alecia Bryson and his parents Venus and Vinnie Lum. Jerry loved his extended family, which consisted of many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jerry was blessed with many good friends, many of whom he had known since childhood. Jerry demonstrated his love for his family and friends with kindness, honesty, and his generous heart. Jerry was a man of faith who loved Jesus Christ.
Jerry also had an avid love for the outdoors, which included skiing, boating, riding motorcycles, and driving around in his classic cars. You could always find Jerry "holding court" around the picnic table at the lake or in his workshop as he called his friends each morning to visit about the day and solve the world's problems. However, what Jerry enjoyed the most was being with his family whether they were at the lake, in New Mexico, Utah, or simply playing domino's around the kitchen table. He looked forward to every visit with his grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to be involved in their lives.
Jerry loved deeply and never met a stranger who he didn't stop to visit with and to find out about their lives or to share a funny joke. Jerry's smile, stories, and laughter will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
