David Lee Hughes, age 54, was born to Sharon Kay Brodine and James Hughes in Emmett, Idaho on July 27, 1967. He passed away in his home on Friday, February 11, 2022.
Dave had a zest for life and lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed time with family and friends, playing his guitar and singing and listening to music. He made people smile and laugh.
Dave was preceded in death by grandparents Albert and Olive Brodine of Nebraska, Hattie Hughes of Texas, Parents James Hughes and Sharon Brodine of Nebraska, sister Lora Garner of Nebraska, brothers John Hughes of Texas, and Shawn Hughes of California, nephew JD Garner of Nebraska, nieces Lacey Pifer of South Carolina, Adrienna Albers of Nebraska.
Dave was survived by siblings Deb Condelario, Amy Cambron, Angie Head, Michael Hughes, and Becky. Children Zachariah, Sarah and Savannah Hughes. Grandchildren Skylar, Theodore, Kayden, Jaycee and Kodah. Nieces and nephews, Leanne, Ruby, Andrew, Chad, Stephen, Chris, Johnathan, Michael, Hannah, Devon, Zoey and Ravin. Special friend Kellie Boyer. Multiple great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 26th from 5:30-7:30pm at Bethany Park Enclosed Shelter in Lincoln, Nebraska.
