Diana Lynn Morse was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left the world suddenly on March 6, 2022, at the age of 76, in Noblesville, Indiana.

She was born to Lauren and Ruth Harreld on April 4, 1945, in Shelbyville, Indiana. Diana was raised by her Aunt Laura and Uncle Russell Davis in Alexandria, Virginia. She attended Fareham College in Virginia. Diana met her husband, Jan Robert Morse, in 1966; they married in Hawaii on May 3, 1968. They were married nearly 54 years. Diana was a member of the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling, reading and cooking. Known as "Mimi" and "Gram", her grandchildren brought her great joy and were the light of her life. She holds a special place in many hearts and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, her son Stephen (Paula) Morse of Crawfordsville, Indiana, her daughter Christine (James) Thomas of Carmel, Indiana, and her five grandchildren: Nolan and Zachary Morse of Lafayette, Indiana and Drew Morse of Crawfordsville, Indiana and Avery and Evann Chadd of Carmel, Indiana. Diana's brothers, Mr. David (Carol) Harreld of Greensboro, North Carolina and Mr. Bradford (Mary Virginia) Harreld of Westminster, Maryland both survive. Diana was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Harreld.

A funeral service is planned for Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at the Gothic Chapel in the Crown Hill Cemetery at 10:00 AM followed by a brunch reception in the Crown Hill Celebration Hall. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the American Heart Association.
