Born in Brooklyn, NY, Jeffrey was the son of the late Max and Evelyn Neufeld.
He was a graduate of Niskayuna High School.
He went on to serve in the Army from 1967-1970 spending most of his time in Korea. He was honorably discharged from the Army and was the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
He was a lifelong car salesman in the Capital Region for over 40 years.
He was an avid sports fan of the New York Giants and loved to play golf. He also enjoyed traveling and cruising around the Caribbean.
He is survived by his son Garett Neufeld, his daughter Amanda (Mike) Rose, his grandsons Evan and Emmitt Rose, his brother Les (Nipa) Neufeld, his sister Ann (Jeff) Grayson and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother Gary Neufeld.
