She leaves to cherish her memories her devoted husband Ernest Rogers Jr.; 3 children, Denise (Jabbar) Banks Juluke, Deanne Smith, and Julian Edwards; 3 sisters, Alvera Jones, Lillian Gaddis, and Patricia Toney; 2 brothers, Lester Toney, and Thomas Toney; 3 grandchildren, James Smith, Dyrius Smith, and Richard Eugene IV; 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Service on Friday, February 4, 2022, at Holy Anointed House of Prayer, 1447 Senate St., NOLA, 70122, at 10:00AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until time of service. Interment at Providence Memorial Park, Metairie, LA.
