Mrs. Flora Gordon, 83, of Katrina Falls Road near Rock Hill, died suddenly while on the way to Monticello Hospital at 4:30 p.m. Monday. She was the widow of Clarence Gordon.
The daughter of Wallace and [Mary] Emma Hopkins Case, Mrs. Gordon is survived by a son, Andrew, Rock Hill; four daughters, Mrs. Hazel Piper, Wurtsboro; Mrs. Mildred Elliot, Glen Wild; Mrs. Pearl Blenis, Fredericton, New Brunswick; and Miss Florence Gordon, Rock Hill; and eight grand and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday of this week at the Rock Hill Methodist Church with the pastor, Rev. Allan Smith, officiating.
Burial was in Rock Hill Cemetery.
