Helen Paulina Williams, 69, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Born on March 6, 1952 in Lancaster, Helen was the daughter of Helen L. (Payne) Thomas and the late Victor S. Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Rose Thomas.

Helen worked for WIC as a Nutritionist's Assistant for 27 years until her retirement. She was a hardworking woman and loving single mother. She enjoyed classic movies and crossword puzzles and was known for her great sense of humor and joining in for a laugh.

In addition to her mother, Helen is survived by her children, Christopher Dickey, Elaina Thomas, Edwardo Thomas, and Samara Cabassa (wife of Alex); her sisters, Reneé Glover and Anna Mary Betts; seven grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory at 414 E King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Friends will be received one hour prior at 2:00.
