Kevin Lee Peters, age 38, of Bittersweet Ct., Winchester, VA, died Thursday, August 1, 2002, in Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, DE.
He was born March 3, 1964, in Harrisburg, PA, to William J. and Mary L. Peters, both of Elizabethville, PA.
He was a Quality Administrator at American Woodmark Corp. in Winchester, VA. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of Winchester Wheelmen.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Rita S. Peters of Winchester, VA; 2 daughters, Mikaela L. Peters and Kendra L. Peters, both at home; 3 brothers, Scott Peters of Elizabethville, PA, Dwayne Peters of Newport News, VA, Craig Peters of Berrysburg, PA; maternal grandmother, Hilda Rubuk of Elizabethville, PA, and paternal grandfather, Russell Peters of Elizabethville.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 6, 2002, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. James H. Utt and Pastor Martha Miller Sims officiating. Burial will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Monday, from 7-9 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home, in Winchester, VA.
Memorial services will be on Friday, August 23, 2002, at 7 p.m. at the Peace United Church of Christ, in Berrysburg, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mikaela and Kendra Peters Trust Fund, Wachovia Bank, 202 N. Loudoun Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
