Erin D. Turner, 16, of 522 Miller St., died Wednesday, May 2, 2002, on State Road 250 East near Canaan as a result of an automobile accident.

She was born Jan. 4, 1986, in Madison, the daughter of John Turnbow and Della Turner.

She was a sophomore at Madison Consolidated High School and worked at Cabana Joe's Restaurant.

Surviving are her mother of Madison; her father of Louisville; a sister, Alana Turner of Madison; a brother, Trevor Turner of Madison; her maternal grandmother, Nelda Hall of Madison; her paternal grandmother, Ruth Turnbow of Madison; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the First Assembly of God Church with burial at Springdale Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Morgan-Webster-Nay Funeral Home and from 1:30 p.m. until the services Sunday the First Assembly of God Church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Erin D. Turner Memorial Scholarship through the Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County.
