Mr. Parker was born in Irwinton, the son of the late Lindsey E. Parker, Sr. and Ellen Rutland Parker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Stapleton Parker. Lindsey was the President of the Breakfast Club at Maebob's Diner. He was the Co-Owner of Wilco Wood Works and was a member of the Irwinton Masonic Lodge. Lindsey was a member of the Voice of Truth Church where he was a faithful member of the Men's Bible Study Class.
The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 3:00PM in the church before the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Happy Hollow Christian Academy, 156 East Main St., Irwinton, GA 31042.
