September 14, 1949 - March 3, 2022

David Michael Peek, 72, of Hokes Bluff passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 surrounded by his family and loved ones. Preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Evelyn Peek, sister Sue Ward, brother Lamar Peek and son-in-law Tim Townsend. Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Pam Peek, daughters, Kelly Townsend and Karrie (Tony) Morris, and his pride and joy his granddaughters, Holly, Emma and Maggie Townsend. He will also be lovingly remembered by his three siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
While here on earth he enjoyed farming with his family, riding his Kubota around the neighborhood, and spending time in his shop with his Alford Bend buddies.
The family would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to all our friends and family that have visited and helped with his care, Encompass Hospice with special thanks to Jamie Moore and Kristy Gwinn, Dr. Ayers, and Dr. Sanders.
A private burial will be held. Pallbearers will be his nephews: Jeff Ward, Todd Ward, Brian Peek, Keith Peek, Mike Peek, and Steve Peek.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, March 13th at 3:00 at Liberty United Methodist Church.
