Brenda Loyd, 67, of Columbia, passed away November 3, 2018, in Columbia.
Brenda was born in May of 1951 to Charles and Lois Sandker Pugh in Columbia. She was a graduate of Harrisburg High School.
In November of 1969, she married Bruce Loyd at Dripping Spring Christian Church. They would spend the next 49 years building their life and family together. She was a loving homemaker to her husband, children and grandchildren.
She enjoyed collecting antiques, traveling, and spending time with her dogs. Her extraordinary friendly personality and uncommon acceptance of everyone insured she never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband, four children and their spouses, three sisters, five grandsons, and a large and loving extended family.
Her parents and a brother, Larry Pugh, preceded her in death.
