Phyllis Keim, 91, of Minier, passed from this life on March 2, 2022.

She was born January 30, 1931 in Pontiac to Harold and Ella Scott. She married Fred Keim August 5, 1951, and he passed away September 26, 2019.

Phyllis was beloved by many through her role as a preacher's wife for over 50 years. She and her husband Fred served numerous churches throughout Indiana and Illinois. They were married 68 years.

Phyllis is survived by her son, Timothy Keim, daughter-in-law Ellen Keim; grandchildren, Stephanie Keim, Jonathan Keim, and Sarah Weaver Keim. She also had three loving step grandchildren, Audrey Seamon, Evan Dorrough and Aaron Dorrough. She was the oldest of 10 children and is also survived by several siblings and many nieces and nephews and several great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 am Monday, March 7, 2022 at Minier Cemetery in Minier. Pastor Rusty Richards will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm Sunday, at Minier Christian Church in Minier. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont is handling the arrangements.
