A native of Charleston, SC, Donna was born on April 26, 1947, to the late Walter Black All and Donna Ruth McCartney All. She was a member of the American Legion, serving as a past president of post 147 in Charleston and treasurer of post 47 in Waynesville. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Waynesville. Donna also served as past president of 974 40 & 8 La Femmes, an organization for veterans and was a former treasurer of Maggie Valley Women's Club. She was a member of Maggie Valley Methodist Church and served on the bereavement committee there. Donna enjoyed traveling , being in the mountains, good food, and a was very competitive at Scrabble.
Left to cherish Donna's memory are her husband of 44 years, David; son, Arnold (Stephanie) Wagner; brothers, Robin (Sylvia) All and James (Mary) All; grandchildren, Caleb and Benjamin; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Donna's Life will be held at a later date.
