Donald Turner, age 76, of Jonesboro, formerly of Ottawa, passed away on March 1, 2022 at his residence.
He was born on April 12, 1945 to Clifford and Mae (Rhodes) Turner in Jonesboro.
Donald served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. He was a retired security officer in Ottawa, Illinois.
Survivors include his nephews, Wayne Ayers, Jimmie (Daelia) Ayers, Mike (Debbie) Ayers, and Sheldon Ayers; niece, Darla Kirchner; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Jean Ayers and Bertie Ayers.
Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no services will be held.
