Arthur William (Billy) Burns passed away on February 27,2022.in Bartlesville Oklahoma at the age of 66.Bill was born to Lee Burns and the late Susan Ann Chapman Hays on June 22.1955.in Savannah Georgia.
He retired many years from heavy construction. He married the love of his life Kelly Burns.Bill recieved numerous awards and medals during his 13 yrs in the army. He loved antiquing. Flea markets and gardening. Bill was preceded in death by his mother Susan Hays in 2016. Brother James Burns 2021. Father Lee BurnsA grandaughter Kylee wilson.He is survived by his loving wife Kelly Birns A daughter Lorraine Barnett.A son Billy Perkins.
