John M. Noble, Jr., age 76, of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born to John and Elizabeth Noble on September 16, 1945, in Hazard, Kentucky. John served our country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his beloved wife of 50 years, Carolyn Noble, in 2019; and a brother, David Noble. He is survived by: a daughter, Michelle Noble; a granddaughter, Kasey Noble; a great-grandson, Colton Noble; and his dog, Gemma.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Morton and Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 South Dixie Drive, Vandalia, with Rev. Mike Malcosky officiating. Cremation will follow. The family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, prior to the service, at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions can be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
