Susan Munday Smith, 73, of North Little Rock passed away at home on February 26, 2022. Susan was born to the late Rose Nielsen Moran and Samuel Moran on January 25, 1949, in Montevideo, Minnesota.

She taught English at Joe T. Robinson, Cloverdale, and Dunbar Magnet School. Susan enjoyed cooking for her family, country music and was an avid reader.

Susan was preceded in death by sisters: Audrey Harp and Jean Schlagenhaf.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 38 years, Hal R. Smith; children: Temple Rose Munday Ridenour of Garner, NC, Trace Lewis Munday and wife Lalona; and Jason Smith and wife Lee Beth; grandchildren: Ocean, Skylar, Finley, Layla, Dawn, and Will; great-grandsons: Ethan and Dalton; and a sister, Linda Tetrault.

A memorial visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Friday, March 4, 2022, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home Reception Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to teach.org.
