Funeral Service for Lillie Smith will be at 11am on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at House of Prayer and Praise Church Missionary Baptist Church located at 4023 Mussett Road in Ft. Smith, Arkansas with burial will follow at Spiro City Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma

Lillie Marie Smith was born in Cedars, Oklahoma on December 9, 1936, to Felton Bunch (1906-1939) and Henrietta (Triplett) Henderson. Lillie accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Poteau, Oklahoma. She attended Dunbar Elementary School and Douglas High School in Spiro. She was united in marriage to Frederick Smith on April 28, 1979 and shared 43 years together. She was a devoted wife and mother as well as a faithful member to Paradise Missionary Baptist Church, Community Missionary Baptist Church, and she was a long standing member of House of Prayer and Praise Missionary Baptist Church in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She served on the Mother Board, Usher Board, Sunday School Ministry, Youth Teacher, and was a part of and organized many charitable work through various ministries and the Women's Mission.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Felton and Henrietta; her children, Ellen L. Williams, Johnny R. Tye, and LaQuita A Anderson; her siblings, Otha Bunch, Burt Bunch, and Curtis "Brownie" Henderson.

She leave to cherish her memory, her husband, Frederick Smith; children, Edward Bunch, Eula Faye Watts (Charles), Stanley Bunch, Tom Keith Bunch, Kathy Nichols (Derrick), Debbie Smith (Tetrick), and Luther Smith; siblings, Nate Bunch (Odessa), Pearlie Sykes, Tom Bunch (Clarease), Rosa Lece Lenoir Jones, LaDell Phillips (Werry), and Billy Sue Willard; forty grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and God children she called children.
