Barbara Ann Stevens, 59, of Middlebury, passed away at 6:31 pm on Friday, February 25, at her residence.

She was born on June 5, 1962 in Elkhart to David and Winona (Krenke) Clouse. In November of 1986 in Elkhart she married Andrew Warren Stevens, he passed away December 5, 2014.

Surviving are two sons, Andrew Stevens and Eric Stevens both of Breckenridge, CO; a daughter, Ashley (Chacriyar) Chhuon of Niles, MI; five grandchildren; parents of Middlebury; a brother, David D. Clouse of SC; and a sister, Jennifer (Dexter) Crocker of Mishawaka.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Nancy C. Clouse.

Barbara had been a homemaker most of her life and had also worked in the catering industry for Sunshine Caterers. She enjoyed cooking, camping, swimming, working in the garden and spending time on the lake.

She was a compassionate caregiver and enjoyed spending time with her family and her furry companions of pugs.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 5, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street Middlebury.

Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm on Saturday also at the funeral home. Services will be conducted by Pastor Denny Olsen.

Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
