Robert "Bob" Leland Crawford joined our Lord in Heaven February 23, 2022. He was born on January 5th, 1941 to Raymond Martin Crawford and Mary Louise Crawford.

Bob lived 81 years and had a lifetime of accomplishments, but his greatest treasure of all was his family. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Kim and her husband Steve Barger; daughter, Robin and her husband Dan Dick; 6 amazing grandchildren; 7 beautiful great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn and her family; brother Norman and his family; brother Anthony and his family.

Bob was preceded in death by his daughter Christi, son-in-law David Cox, and their children Lauren and Cody; grandsons Austin and Christopher; great-granddaughter Kyliegh.

As a young man, Bob found his calling serving his community. He was an officer with the Dallas Police Department for five years before joining the U.S. Treasury Department as a Customs Inspector. After 25 years in Customs, he retired as a Customs Supervisor. He then went on to help others grow in the Lord at Lifeway Christian Bookstore.

When Bob was not serving others, he found joy in the beauty of life. He had many passions, including photography, reading, and writing. Most of all, he enjoyed sharing a meal with his family.

Visitation and funeral will be held at Prestonwood Baptist Church Faith Chapel, 6801 W. Park Blvd, Plano, TX 75093 on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Viewing begins at 12:00 pm, with service beginning at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75243.
