Donald Earl Ward, 77, of Victoria, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 in Victoria. He was born in Waco, Texas to the late Earl and Kathleen Elkins Ward on October 30, 1944. He was a retired Police Officer for the City of Victoria. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy, and was a Methodist.

Don loved riding his motorcycle and occasionally traveling to his hometown of Waco to visit old friends and family. He was an avid collector of coins, airplane and train memorabilia, old maps and telephone books, old and new guns, and many books and magazines. He was known to most people for his intricate tattoos, and could tell you a story behind each and every one. He loved reminiscing on old times, and always had a fun story to share.

He was married to the love of his life, Aline, for 43 years until her passing in 2019. He loved his grandsons with all his heart, and valued his time with them. He was the best Dad anyone could ask for. He was loved by many, and will be missed by many people.
