Laura L. Garrison, 63, of Carrollton, IL died on Saturday morning Feb. 26, 2022 at Jerseyville Manor in Jerseyville, IL.

Born in Carrollton, IL on June 5, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Laverne and Estellene (Frye) Brown. She married Steven Garrison on March 4, 1980 and he survives. Also surviving are a daughter : Melanie (Todd) Baker of Jerseyville, IL; 3 grandchildren: Kiley Davis, Colin Davis, Letty Baker;2 brothers: Junior (Mary) Brown and Larry Brown both of Jerseyville, IL and a sister: Lola (Mike) Feyerabend of Jerseyville, IL. Laura was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Leslie Ann Garrison, 2 brothers: Lonnie and Lyndell Brown and a sister Letty Brown (at birth).

She worked at Amoco in Jerseyville, IL for 15 or 16 years until she retired to help raise grandkids. She loved gardening and tractor pulls, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday evening March 3, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at the Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Carrollton, IL.
