Jack, a native of Bethlehem, graduated from Liberty High School and attended Lafayette College and Villanova University. He served his country in the Central Intelligence Agency and later in the United States Army as a military policeman. He had a career in sales and marketing and was employed by Bosch Rexroth. A founding member and only Chairman of the Board of Musikfest, Jack was instrumental in the creation of Musikfest and the Celtic Classic. He was devoted to the Boy Scouts of America and served in several posts of the Minsi Trail Council. He was an Eagle Scout, member of the Order of the Arrow and Director of the COPI course. Jack was an avid sportsman, motorcycle enthusiast, camper, traveler, and writer. Survivors: wife Bobbie (Lischak) Trotter; son Ross Trotter. He was predeceased by his daughter Megan and his parents John W. St. and Dorothea Isabel (Dech) Trotter. Services: Saturday, March 5 at 12 Noon, Cantelmi-Long Funeral Home.
