Judy Berneice Rader went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the age of 74. She was born on August 20, 1947 to Clarence and Rhea Murray in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Judy grew up and attended schools in Wayne, Oklahoma. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Central College, Ada, Oklahoma. After graduation Judy moved to Claremore where her first teaching position was in Oologah ISD for a couple of years. Then Judy spent her remaining years in education teaching 4 year olds at Legacy Christian School, First Baptist Church, Claremore until she retired.

Judy was a creative person. In teaching she would introduce consonant and vowel sounds and numbers with music and games. Judy's students had a special place in her heart. Seasonally she would create gifts for her students. She was always working on various craft projects.

Judy and Earl were married in June, 1970. Together they ministered weekly at Sterling House by providing music for residents for the early Sunday morning worship. Judy's faith was always a very important part of her life. She was a teacher in the children's department Bible study and Vacation Bible School. Judy loved playing the piano at home and singing in the church choir. She was a faithful member of Hilldale Baptist Church. Judy and Earl enjoyed summer weekends at Grand Lake fishing and hiking. They loved seeing the sights in the Claremore area.

Judy was predeceased in death by her parents and husband, Earl Ray Rader. Judy is survived by sister Ruby Kay Kittrell and husband Bob, Rowlett, Texas; brother Jerry Don Murray and wife Janette, Midland, Arkansas; nieces Melissa Bible and Kimberly Miller and nephews Mikeal and Marty Murray; great nieces Kaitlyn Bible, Kylie, Katelyn, Kristine, and Kara Miller and great nephew Stephen Bible; stepdaughters Denise Rader and Lisa Wright and grandson Christopher Hughes.
