Linda Lee Payne of Little Rock, Arkansas was born August 11, 1959, in Steele, Missouri to the late John Lee Fultz and the late Mildred Smith Fultz. She was substitute teacher and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Payne passed away on February 09, 2022, at the age of 62. She is preceded in death by her father John Lee Fultz, her mother Mildred Smith Fultz, brother John Fultz, JR., and two sisters Dorothy Guyton and Murry Soward. She is survived by her son Jonathan Eugene Payne, JR. of Atlanta, GA, daughter Carrie Nicole (Tommy Wilborn) Payne of Blytheville, AR, four sisters Kathlene Cotton and Joan (R.L. Johnson) Fultz both of Jonesboro, AR and Earlene Walker and Mildred Louise Fultz both of Killen, TX, her godson Evin Hunter of Little Rock, AR, three grandchildren a host of other family and many friends. The visitation will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville, AR, with the funeral immediately following at 2:00 P.M. with Bishop Randy Crenshaw officiating. The burial will be held at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette, AR. Services provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville, AR.
